If you can not make your appointment, I understand things happen. Please cancel your appointment with in 48 hours. If you don’t cancel your appointment before 48 hours of your appointment time your card will be charged 25% of the base appointment rate. Promotional or discounted appointments can only be canceled one time as long as it is 72 hours in advance of the confirmed appointment. If you cancel your service less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time you will lose the promotional value and the coupon will be marked as redeemed or your card will be charged 50% of the service value. If you cancel within 72 hrs of the confirmed appointment you are allowed a one time reschedule for an appointment.
